my story
I’ve been shooting professionally for ten years. Before that I worked in senior marketing and communications roles for some of Australia’s leading companies and dedicated advertising and communications agencies, but I came to realise that I was in a constant state of stress and overwhelm for someone else’s gain. Even more importantly, a part of me was being starved - the part of me that needs to create, the part of me that needs to do work that comes from the heart, the part of me that yearns to tell stories of human connection.
My studies and many years experience in the corporate world taught me a lot about running and marketing a profitable business. It also showed me what I wanted my photography business to look like.
Today, I’ve arrived at a place where I have a meaningful business that thrives around my family. I get to drop off and pick up my girls from school, watch their assemblies and sports days, and be there for the moments that matter to them.
For me this is what it is all about. I work hard, I’m pursuing my passion and I’m creating a life I love for me and my family. I want the same for you, too.
